We will be roasting a whole pig with all the trimmings, enjoying live music on the porch and you can work on your horse shoe and bocce ball skills! Chef Rachel Ponte will be preparing and roasting a suckling pig with Cuban spices, garlic and lots of olive oil in a Caja China Roasting box.
