Our popular four-course Valentine Dinner at Texas Hills Vineyard has been a part of our tradition since 1999! This year Valentine’s Day falls mid-week, so we will have two dinner dates at Texas Hills Vineyard; one on February 10 & another on February 17.
First Course – Salmon Croquette with Creamy Dill Sauce. Wine - Chardonnay 2014 (Gold Medal Winner)
Second Course - Mixed Greens w/ Caramelized Pecans, Strawberries, Feta Cheese dressed in Balsamic Vinaigrette. Wine - Sangiovese (Silver Medal Winner)
Main Course – New York Strip Steak with Cabernet Butter Sauce. Wine - Kick Butt Cab-Estate (Gold Medal Winner)
Parmesan and Gruyere Scalloped Potatoes

Parsnip and Carrots in a Fig and Balsamic Glaze
French Baguettes with Unsalted Whipped Butter
Desert Course - Chocolate Raspberry Parfait. Wine - Orange Moscato (Silver Medal Winner)

Dinners will begin at 7:00 PM and will be on the patio (awnings down and heaters on if needed). There will be NO WINE SUBSTITUTIONS
